How to write the name of birds?
The question only came up when the EP "Chuck" was released. On its cover, it's written polarbird, and it's also the name that appears in the following video.
But since we had gotten used to being called Polar Bird, that's the name that appeared on our concert posters.

Today, the upcoming release of our next EP "Buzz" and the appearance of German namesakes has prompted us to permanently switch to polarbird. If you come across some pop guys with a Germanic accent by typing Polar Bird on Google or Facebook, you'll only have yourselves to blame…

Comment écrire le nom des oiseaux ?
La question ne s'est posée qu'à la sortie de l'EP « Chuck ». Sur sa pochette, c'est écrit polarbird, et c'est également le nom qui apparaît dans le clip suivant.
Mais comme nous avions pris l'habitude de nous faire appeler Polar Bird, c'est ce nom qui apparaissait sur nos affiches de concerts.

Aujourd'hui, la prochaine sortie de notre prochain EP « Buzz » et l'apparition d'homonymes allemands nous a incité à basculer définitivement vers polarbird. Si vous tombez sur des popeux à l'accent germanique en tapant Polar Bird sur Google ou Facebook, vous n'aurez qu'à vous en prendre à vous mêmes...
